Subprocessors

These are the providers we rely on to run this website and the business, and to deliver work. Not every provider sees every kind of data: most see only what their job requires, and several never touch client material at all.

Where processing happens outside Switzerland and the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses with the Swiss addendum. Those entries are marked below.

None of these providers uses our data to train AI models, and we do not train models on client data ourselves. The wider explanation is in the privacy policy.

Only for visitors who agree on the cookie card; for everyone else these providers receive nothing.

Where the website, the enquiry system, the database and the applications run.

Used for the site search and the AI guide on this website, to draft and classify written correspondence, to transcribe recordings, and to generate speech and images. None of these providers uses the data to train their models.

Used to send and receive mail, calls and messages, and to publish to social platforms.

Used to keep records of enquiries, projects and prospects.

Used to detect faults. Email addresses and telephone numbers are removed before anything is sent.

We update this page when a provider is added or removed, and change the date at the top when we do. If you are a client and need this as part of an order-processing agreement, or you want to be told when it changes, write to tihomir@balkaris.ch.
